Garden Meditations

Every year I work on my yard, which is a never ending sort of project. But that is sort of the fun of gardening. In the summer of 2018 I started work on a meditation garden that I can see from my studio window. I completed a fair amount before the mosquitoes and the humidity drove me inside. My main motivation was to attract more wildlife to our yard and I am happy to say several frogs, toads, numerous birds (including  hummingbirds,  which I usually don’t see in my backyard), chipmunks, squirrels and other small creatures all visited over the summer. In this video I took photographs of the finished work and added quotes I found inspiring.
